The Etsy Top Ten

Greetings all!

Every Friday I will post a list of the top ten geeky/nerdy/steampunky things I've found on Etsy during the week.  There's always so much to choose from, so I'm narrowing it down this week by only posting listings from the UK.

Have a look, & maybe find something unique and awesome to take home ^-^  Enjoy!

A funky little Etsy store which boasts an impressive selection of scents, including: “Gallifrey”, “Dornish Red”, and “Floo Powder”. No matter what your fandom, I’m sure you’ll find a scent you’ve always wondered about here! When it’s all eco-friendly, using only soy wax, how can you say no?

These laser cut Tardis earrings are a must for any Whovian. Made from translucent blue acrylic, these little beauties will geek-up any outfit. Perfect for Stealth Cosplay!

A great one the the biologists (or the medics).  Each pair is made to order, and if you check out the rest of their Etsy shop you can be sure to find cuff links to suit any geek with sleeve-decorating needs!

These quirky little candle holders would make any Avengers geek happy.  If you're not a candle person, why not use them as trinket holders or just great little ornaments?  For whatever use, these are adorable and well worth a look.

These handmade earrings showcasing the writings of the Bard are a great little find.  Made from bronze and glass, each has a different excerpt from the writings of Shakespeare.  And if earrings aren't your thing, then bracelets, rings, and other gorgeous items are available.

These are amazing!  Crochet mould with bacteria - does it get any geekier?  Love this statement ring - available in many different colours.  Really unique and creative - love it!

These gorgeous kindle covers have been embossed by hand with steampunk designs, meaning each one is unique.  A very talented crafter offering great customer service and excellent quality.  If you need a cover to protect your kindle and want to show off your fandom, I suggest this lovely shop right here!

Packed with charms of items all suited to surviving the zombie apocalypse, this bracelet is sure to remind you what to look for during the apocalypse (when your tasty, tasty brains will be paralysed by fear).

So pretty!  These hand-painted Dr Who shoes are just beautiful, and sure to impress.  Again, perfect for stealth cosplay, or just geeking-up a normal outfit (because if we don't let our geekiness shine through, we may all combust).

Gorgeous steampunk necklace.  The seller describes his work as "artisan made wearable art", and I don't think I could say it any better.  All his work is one-of-a-kind, each with it's own steampunk-quirk.  Whichever piece you go for, you'll be buying something beautiful.

Ritzy-Pick of the Week:
Steampunk "Riveter" Jacket sold by Houseofhirudinea:

This gorgeous baroque style steampunk tailcoat was recently exhibited at the MCM Expo in London. It can be ordered to size and different materials requested. At £250, this certainly is a ritzy-pick! But with glowing reviews pointing to quality work and excellent customer service, it seems the product is well worth the price.

Note: Sorry if any of the items have sold since I found them during the week.  If they have, you can still have a look around the sellers' stores as each one had some wonderful items.  It was difficult to choose just one to post!

Live long and prosper ^-^
